1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jill77 ("jill77," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jill77 online gaming platform available at jill77.org and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements apply to all users of the jill77 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing participation in casino-style online gambling.
- You are physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of participation.
- You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, self-exclusion order, or PAGCOR directive.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of jill77 or any affiliated entity.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from the jill77 Platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
jill77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered in violation of these eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and any balances subject to forfeiture in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of the jill77 Platform, you must register a user account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One account per person: Each individual may only maintain one (1) registered account on the jill77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jill77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- KYC verification: jill77 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals above prescribed thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (passport, UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or voter's ID) and proof of address.
- Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify jill77 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account.
4. Deposits & Payments
jill77 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, and ETH. The following conditions govern deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jill77 wallet instantly upon payment confirmation.
- Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations for USDT; 3–6 for BTC and ETH).
- jill77 does not charge deposit fees. However, transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers or blockchain networks are the responsibility of the depositing player.
- All deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts in compliance with PAGCOR financial management requirements.
- jill77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
5. Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or for requests requiring additional verification.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are subject to account tier and KYC verification status.
- jill77 may require full KYC verification prior to processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 or the cumulative equivalent within a 30-day period, in compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 6 for details.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to current blockchain network fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
- jill77 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or deny withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or AML review.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
jill77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. Acceptance of any bonus is subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
- jill77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, exploiting game mechanics, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
- Free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms communicated at the time of issuance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jill77 Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in charge-back fraud or reversing legitimate payments after receiving gaming value.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
- Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content via any jill77 communication channel.
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jill77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of jill77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written consent from jill77.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- jill77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- jill77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming sessions due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
- jill77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- jill77 shall not be liable for any disruptions, delays, or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons, power outages, telecommunications failures, PAGCOR regulatory actions, or force majeure events affecting the Philippines.
10. Responsible Gaming
jill77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity for adults, and we take our duty of care seriously. Key responsible gaming features available on the jill77 Platform include:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
- Session time reminders: Receive automated notifications after a specified duration of play.
- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting jill77 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11. Suspension & Termination
jill77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity.
- Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority requiring account closure.
- Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the time period specified by jill77.
Upon termination for cause, jill77 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, jill77 will process withdrawal of any remaining verified balance within a reasonable time frame, subject to applicable AML checks.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with jill77 through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. jill77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
All disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
13. Amendments
jill77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
